Our book entitled "Femtosecond Laser Micromachining - Photonic and Microfluidic Devices in Transparent Materials" is now at the proofing stage and should be published by Springer early this year. I have contributed to the book by writing Chapter 1 "Fundamentals of Femtosecond Laser Modification of Bulk Dielectrics" and Chapter 7 "Passive Photonics Devices in Glass".

Our paper on replicating femtosecond laser patterned hydrophobic zones in polymers has just been published in Langmuir
