Our book entitled "Femtosecond Laser Micromachining - Photonic and Microfluidic Devices in Transparent Materials" is now at the proofing stage and should be published by Springer early this year. I have contributed to the book by writing Chapter 1 "Fundamentals of Femtosecond Laser Modification of Bulk Dielectrics" and Chapter 7 "Passive Photonics Devices in Glass".

Our paper entitled "Integrated three dimensional filter separates nanoscale from microscale elements in a microfluidic chip" has been accepted for publication in the prestigious journal Lab on a Chip. DOI
